PREMIER STUDENT LIVING L.L.C., develops, designs, and constructs small boutique student housing facilities. Resultiing in accommodations with comfort, style, and privacy for the more discerning student and parent. While providing for education is not painfree we try to include all the necessary utilities and furnishings so the student and parent only has to worry about the grades and not the electric bill.
We find small colleges that have a need for upgraded housing and look for the appropriate lot to build on. We try to keep in mind ergonomics, economics, and youth as we design the facility.
